Ryan has been part of Navalent since 2007, and was appointed CFO of the company in 2009. Prior to Navalent, Ryan worked in the food and beverage industry, responsible for a $20 million-dollar P&L, a management team of 17, and staff of over 100 people. Additionally, he has over 20 years of experience creating, operating, and expanding companies including: developing practical cash flow, income statements, balance sheet, and budgets; organizing and deploying complete operational plans including marketing, cost controls, and staffing; organizing the incorporation of companies, registered trademarks, and copyrighted printed material; obtaining financing from private and public funding sources for start-up companies; and selecting and implementing Point-Of-Sale, inventory, and back-office computer system for corporations. Ryan has a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.

Ryan enjoys living in the South with his wife and two boys while spending time outdoors and playing at the lake with friends and family. Because of his passion for service, you’ll find him coaching children’s sports, catering to and serving under privileged children, and serving on charitable boards including Wellspring Living.
