Sierra has worked with a range of populations in complex and unpredictable environments across multiple industries. Most recently, Sierra was the Organizational Assessment Fellow with Cultivate All, LLC. As a consultant, Sierra is skilled in designing and facilitating focus groups, administering individual interviews and other assessments, and developing and implementing qualitative coding protocols.
Sierra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
The Whole Me
Sierra lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her partner and their fur babies, a cat and a dog. She is passionate about animal rescue and hopes to have an animal sanctuary someday. She loves going on hikes, playing board games, and doing crafty projects like embroidery, painting, and sending sticker-bombed mail to loved ones. Sierra always likes to think the glass is half full and likes to figure out how to make it completely full. Sierra truly believes she can learn new things from anyone and is always excited to learn about new perspectives.
